Is Fibromyalgia Real

Fibromyalgia – The Mystery Behind the PainIs Fibromyalgia Real

No doubt, you’ve seen the commercials pushing medications at fibromyalgia sufferers. They always show someone seemingly in some degree of minor pain who takes a pill and suddenly, they’re playing with their grandkids again. Ok, we can’t expect much truth to come from a 90 second commercial, but here’s the low-down on fibromyalgia.

It’s a medical disorder, thought to be caused by the brain’s over reaction to pain sensations. So much so, that things, which don’t even hurt (think someone brushing up against your arm) may feel more like being touched with a hot poker.

Living with Fibromyalgia: is a fabulous eBook, which delves into several aspects of the disease such as who is at risk and how to deal with it if you’re a victim.
